Healthy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large or 6 small Roma tomatoes
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 15-ounce can of corn
1 cup cilantro, diced
1 jalapeno chili, diced
3 green chilis, diced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.

Recipe yields 3 cups of Zesty Roma Salsa.
