Strawberry Herb Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped capers
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.

Spoon over grilled vegetables or use as marinade for chicken. Recipe makes six servings.
