Berry Sauce

Ingredients:
2 cups raspberries or strawberries
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup

In a small saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved (about 10 minutes).

When cool, puree in a blender or food processor.

Force mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.

Serve sauce warm or cold.

Recipe makes about 1 cup.
