Cajun Rub

Store this Cajun rub in a jar and use for coating pork chops, ribs, tenderloin or kabobs. Thyme and oregano are the flavorful herbs that really enhance the flavors in this rub.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons cayenne
1-1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
1 teaspoon oregano leaves

Directions

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake all ingredients.

Store tightly covered at room temperature.
