Au Gratin Cabbage is healthy and satisfying. Au Gratin means to cover with bread crumbs and sometimes butter and grated cheese, then brown in an oven.
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup fat free milk
3 tablespoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, Swiss cheese and seasoned salt. Pour over the vegetables.
Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350-degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Recipe makes 2 or 3 servings.
