Cleansing Coleslaw

Dish of cleansing coleslaw

As delicious as it is good for you, this crunchy cool cleansing coleslaw acts as a body cleanser for assisting in detox.


1/2 grated cabbage
2 grated carrots
1/4 grated onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup organic raisins
1 apple, grated, optional

Dressing Ingredients

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons unpasteurized honey
1/4 cup unpasteurized apple cider vinegar


Mix all coleslaw ingredients together in a bowl.

In a jar, mix together dressing ingredients and shake until blended.

Pour dressing over coleslaw until well mixed. Serve.
