1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until fork-tender. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and saute until fork tender.
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
