Healthy Side Dish Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon skim milk
4 cups shredded cabbage
One can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, well drained
Paprika, optional

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk.

Place cabbage and pineapple in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Chill.

Sprinkle with paprika before serving if desired.

Recipe makes eight servings.
