Apple Smiles are a truly healthy and very cute treat that is so much fun to make, especially with kids. Use only 3 simple ingredients - red or green apples, peanut butter and miniature marshmallows.
4 or 5 medium red or green apples, cut into wedges
10 oz bag miniature marshmallows
Spread peanut butter onto one side of each apple wedge.
Using miniature marshmallows, position the "teeth" in place onto one of the apple wedges.
Top with other apple wedge so that the peanut butter acts as a cement for the marshmallow "dentures".
Recipe makes 1 apple smile.

Did You Know?
Apples are high in pectin, which helps cleanse the intestines and binds to heavy metals. Pectin also helps the body excrete food additives, including tartrazine, a synthetic chemical used in the food industry that has been linked to hyperactivity, migraines, and asthma in children.
