Ingredients:
2 pounds yellow onions, peeled and slivered
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 cups vegetable broth or hot water
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
Pinch of ground cloves
4 tablespoons Madeira (white dessert wine)
Salt or salt substitute and fresh-cracked
Black pepper to taste
Directions
