Zero Vegetable Soup is a healthful vegetable soup for your family that is flavorful, packed with nutrients and contains zero cholesterol.
1-1/2 cups of sliced vegetable; any combination of the following:
Chill one can (14.5 ounces) of reduced salt chicken broth to raise the fat to the top.
Skim fat off broth and pour into soup pot. Add vegetables.
Cover pot and cook on high for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring twice.
This is an official 5 A Day recipe, and provides two servings of Zero Vegetable Soup with 1-1/4 servings of vegetables each.
