Turkey and Rice with Vegetables is a variation of turkey rice soup that speeds up preparation time with frozen vegetables.
1 package Roasted Chicken and Herb Gravy
3 cups water
1 14-1/2-ounce can chicken broth
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed turkey
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine gravy mix, water, and chicken broth in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.
Add the remaining ingredients. Return to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer five minutes.
Recipe makes 7 servings.
