Soy Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Easy  Tacos

This is a great and healthful Easy Tacos recipe using precooked soy crumbles with taco seasoning.

Ingredients

1 12-14-ounce bag bread
1 1.25-ounce envelope taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
Flour tortillas or taco shells

Directions

Brown soy crumbles. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water and mix well. Continue heating until thoroughly hot.

Serve 1/4 cup meat in tortilla or taco shell.

Note: Morningstar Ground Meatless, Green Giant Harvest Burgers for Recipes and Lightlife Gimme Lean are a few of the better soy crumble choices.
