Healthy Soy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pkg. soy breakfast links
1 pkg (8 rolls) refrigerated dinner roll dough

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Directions

Cook the breakfast links in a non-stick skillet or in the microwave according to package directions.

Roll dough for each roll to about 6 x 3-inch and slice in half the long way. Wrap each section of dough around 1 link. Put on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for about 12 minutes, until dough is starting to brown. If desired, serve with condiments such as mustard, catsup or chili sauce.

Recipe yields 8 servings Soy Pigs in a Blanket. Serving size: 2 links.
