Ingredients:
1 English muffin, split in half and toasted
1 egg, cooked over easy
2 slices (about 1 oz.) soy Canadian bacon or ham
1 slice (3/4 to 1 oz.) soy cheddar cheese

Directions

Layer cooked egg, Canadian bacon and cheese slice on one half of English muffin. Top with other muffin half.

Best when eaten warm.
