Delicious Soy Good Meatloaf made with a combination of textured soy protein and lean ground beef. Very healthy!
Rehydrate textured soy protein with 1/2 cup boiling water and let sit 5 minutes before mixing with ground meat. Add the egg whites and onion and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Place mixture into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees (no need to preheat) for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, until cooked through.
Recipe makes 12 slices.
