Healthy Vegetable Recipe

French cut green beans in a very flavorful and healthful garlic inspired marinade base.

Ingredients

Beans:
Three one-pound cans French cut green beans
or
Two small bags frozen French cut green beans
or
Three boxes frozen French cut green beans

Marinade:
2/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Cooked Green Beans Note: Make this dish one day ahead of time.

If frozen beans are used, cook them first.

Mix the marinade ingredients together and toss with the green beans.

Heat through thoroughly before serving.

This recipe makes enough for a crowd, but can be cut down for two to four servings if needed.
