Smoked gouda pairs up with onion, parsley a dash of white pepper and salt for this healthful quiche recipe.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 medium onion, diced
3/4 cup Gouda cheese, smoked grated
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups cream
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped Dash white pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Spray a pie pan or quiche dish with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the onions and cook until just soft. Let set for a few minutes.
