1 tablespoon butter
1/2 medium onion, diced
3/4 cup Gouda cheese, smoked grated
1-1/2 cup cream
1-1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
Spray a pie pan or quiche pan with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the onions and cook until just soft.
Let set for a few minutes before cutting into six slices.
