Healthy Vegetable Recipe

Spinach with cream Feta and Romano cheeses seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Ingredients:

1package frozen chopped spinach (10 ounce)
1 cup cream
1 1/2 cups Feta cheese, crumbled
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons nutmeg

Directions

Roasted vegetables Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie plate or quiche dish with nonstick spray.

Cook the spinach according to package directions; drain well.

Combine the spinach and all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; stir to blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Recipe makes 6 servings Spinach Quiche.
