Broccoli with Honey and Mustard Sauce
For a variation, toss the sauce with other steamed vegetables, such as cauliflower, squash, zucchini or spinach.

Ingredients: |
Blanch or steam the broccoli florets.
To make the sauce, mix the water with the mustard, honey, and pepper.
Toss 1/2 cup of sauce with the broccoli and serve.
Recipe yields 2 cups for four, 1/2-cup servings.
