Exotic Vegetable Soup with a bunch of broccoli with red, yellow and orange sweet bell peppers, carrots and sesame seeds mixed with pasta. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
1 cup pasta (egg noodles, elbow macaroni etc.)
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 red pepper (sliced)
1 yellow pepper (if in season, sliced)
1 orange pepper (sliced)
1 to 2 carrots
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
Black pepper to taste
Celtic sea salt to taste
Steam all vegetables.
Drain both, mix together in large bowl: Sesame seeds, olive oil, black pepper and rock salt to taste.
For a little extra zip add a few drops of sesame oil and hot chili oil.
If sea salt is not available, regular salt can be used or you can leave the salt out entirely.
