Ingredients: 1/4 cup reduced-fat margarine or Smart Balance, softened 1/4 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons chives 1 garlic clove, minced 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch slices Directions: In a bowl, combine the margarine, Parmesan cheese, chives and garlic. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Wrap in a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Seal the edges. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350-degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until heated through.
