Ultimate Low Fat Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick baking mix
1-1/4 cup milk
2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to one egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Stir ingredients until blended. Pour by scant 1/4-cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
Yield: 12 pancakes
Favorite Stir Ins:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped peaches and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
