Ingredients: 2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick baking mix 1-1/4 cup milk 2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to one egg 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Directions: Stir ingredients until blended. Pour by scant 1/4-cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
