Artichoke Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup fat free (or regular) Paremsan Cheese, grated
2 cups reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
Two, 8-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped coarsely
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Paprika
Directions
In a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients, except paprika. Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350-degrees for 25 minute. Serve warm with wheat crackers.
Notes: Can prepare ahead of time, then bake.
