Not only is this cabbage dish delicious, it's low in fat, sugar and salt! Another bonus: It is quick and easy to prepare! Ingredients: 2/3 cup blanched whole almonds, toasted One (8 ounce) package semisweet baking chocolate 1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine 1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons amaretto 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup egg substitute Directions: In a large saucepan, sauté onion in butter until tender. Add water, vinegar, caraway seeds, salt and cabbage. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sugar substitute.
