Ingredients: 1-1/4 cup water or broth 1 tablespoon butter (optional) 1 cup couscous Dash salt (to taste) Directions: Bring the water or broth to a boil. Add the butter, couscous and salt. Stir, cover and remove from heat. Allow to stand covered for five minutes. Stir to fluff and serve. Recipe makes 3-3/4-cups or four servings.
