Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 4 cups pecan halves Directions: Melt butter; add Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Spread pecans on a foil lined baking sheet. Coat with butter mixture. Bake at 250-degrees for 30 minutes or until pecans are toasted and crisp, stirring every ten minutes. When cooled, store in airtight container. |
