Healthy additions: Half of a whole-wheat bagel with 1-tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese, 8-ounces low-fat milk Ingredients: 1 medium mango, peeled and diced 1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced 1/2 pint blackberries 1/3 cup orange juice Directions: In a medium bowl, combine the mango, kiwifruit, blackberries and orange juice.
