Ingredients: One, 16-ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 banana cut into one-quarter inch slices 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries 1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons oats 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Directions: Combine all ingredients in a medium nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat just until bananas are heated through, stirring constantly. Recipe makes about three servings. |
