Hot and Spicy Marinade
Ingredients:
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 cup low-sodium ketchup
1 cup bottled low-sodium vegetable juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 to 2 teaspoons liquid hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed hot pepper flakes
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate beef, pork, or chicken.
