Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients:
1 small onion, grated
1 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup no-salt-added canned beef broth
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine or additional beef broth
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate beef, pork, chicken or seafood such as salmon, swordfish, tuna, or scallops.
