Mexican Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 cup chocolate syrup

Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in orange juice and orange peel. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat four to six minutes or until bubbly and thickened. Stir in chocolate syrup; mix well. Cool.
Recipe makes eight servings, 1-1/2 cups each.
