Happy Trail Mix Ingredients: 1 cup low-fat granola 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup dried apricots 1/4 cup roasted and salted, shelled peanuts 1/4 cup M & M's or other chocolate candies Directions Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to four weeks. Note: This trail mix can be made with other dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, pineapple) and nuts depending on your personal preference.
