Wild Purple Smoothie
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup cold orange juice
2 cups fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat free or 1-percent milk

Directions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into two large glasses.
Recipe makes two servings.
Note: Using frozen blueberries will give you a thicker, creamier shake than you will get with fresh blueberries.
