Blueberry Brainiac Smoothie

Amazing Antioxidants

This blueberry-packed (and antioxidant packed!) breakfast blend is a great way to get energized before a demanding day.


1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup water
1 banana
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons flax seeds*
2 tablespoons hemp seeds**


*Found in the health food section or the baking section of most grocery stores.

**Optional. Found in most health food stores.

Combine milk, water, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds (if using), flax seeds and ice in a blender.

Blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
