Use a combination of red, green and yellow apples to make this healthful Peanut Butter Apple Dip dip more colorful.
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
Assorted apple wedges
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and pie spice until blended; fold in marshmallow creme.
Serve with apple wedges.
Can use fat free or light cream cheese. Light varieties will make a creamier spread than fat free will, and will still cut a lot of fat and calories.
Recipe makes 2 cups.
