Iced Chocolate Cafe

Iced Chocolate Coffee

Three simple ingredients make up one mighty good chocolate milk beverage we call an Iced Chocolate Cafe. Yummy!

Note: You will need a Frozen Ice Cream Maker for this recipe.


4 cups low fat chocolate milk
1/2 cup cooled brewed coffee
1/2 cup low fat chocolate milk

Low-Fat Chocolate Milk Ice Cubes:
Super simple! Just pour low-fat chocolate milk into ice cube trays and freeze.

Iced Mocha


Place the chocolate milk ice cubes in a chilled glass. Add the coffee and chocolate milk. Stir to combine.

Noteable Notes: Three simple ways to create an array of outstanding treats begin with your ice tray. Pour low-fat chocolate milk into ice cube trays and freeze, as noted above. From there you can grind them into a Great Granita or simply place popsicle sticks into trays before freezing to create a cool and convenient chocolate ice pop.

Alternative: Iced Mocha

  • Mix together 1/2 cup ice cubes, 1-1/2 cups chilled espresso, and 1 cup milk until combined. Swirl chocolate syrup into each glass to create a pattern on the base and sides. Pour cofee mixture into chilled glasses. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and dust cocoa powder on top. Serve immediately.
