Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Fresh Peach for Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Peaches and Cream Smoothie with fat free milk blended with oatmeal, canned or fresh peach, yogurt, vanilla and orange zest - super healthful!


8 ounces fat free milk
1 packet instant oatmeal
1 peach, canned in natural juice or a fresh peach pitted
1 scoop vanilla low fat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest or 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
4 or 5 ice cubes


Combine in blender and process until smooth.

Apricot Peach Smoothie

Bonus Recipe: Apricot Peach Smoothies

1 can of (5-1/2 ounces) apricot nectar
1 medium ripe bananas, frozen and cut into chunks
1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 cups sliced fresh or frozen unsweetened peaches
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
6 ice-cubes

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Recipe makes four servings.
