Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin Puree for Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This isn't just pumpkin flavored - this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie uses pumpkin puree for authentic pumpkin flavor.


1 cup fat free or low fat milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoon fat free half and half
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
banana, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch salt
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg


Combine milk and next nine ingredients (through salt) in a blender; process until smooth.

Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.

Super Summer Treat

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake: Melt 1/2 stick salted butter and toss with 1 cup crumbled graham crackers in a baking dish; bake at 350 degrees, 8 minutes. Cool. Blend 1 pint pumpkin ice cream and 1/2 cup milk. Top with the graham cracker crumble.
