Ice Berry Spice Tea

Ice Berry Spice Tea with lemon

Ice Berry Spice Tea with tea and cranberry juice sweetened with sugar and spiced with cinnamon and cloves.


3 bags tea
3 cups boiling water
1/3 cup sugar
3 4-inch cinnamon sticks
15 whole cloves
1-1/2 cup cranberry juice
3 slices of lemon


Pour boiling water over tea bags in heat-safe pitcher. Steep for five minutes and strain; discard bags. Add sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Cover and let stand until cool.

Strain again and add juice.

Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices.
