All-Bran Seed Loaf

Wheat bran in All-Bran Seed Loaf

All-Bran Seed Loaf contains whole wheat flour with sesame seeds, orange juice, bran cereal and poppy seeds. Sweetened with honey.


3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup orange juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup bran cereal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil


Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and seeds. In large bowl, beat together orange juice, honey, eggs and cereal. Let stand 2 minutes. Add flour mixture, stirring only until well combined. Spread evenly in greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.

Let cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
