A simple Poppy Seed Bread to create that is light and pleasing on flavor with vanilla and poppy seeds.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until done.
Cool loaves in pan 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool on racks.
Recipe makes 2 8-inch loaves.
