White Miracle Cake

White Miracle Cake is a tender white cake made totally fat free with the use of fat free Miracle Whip dressing!


1 cup fat free Miracle Whip
1 cup warm water 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups cake flour


Beat the Miracle Whip and warm water together until mixture is light.

Add the remaining ingredients one at a time to the Miracle Whip-water mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Pour into a 8-inch cake pan sprayed with Pam and dusted with flour.

Bake at 375-degrees, 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Recipe makes 1 8-inch White Miracle Cake.
