Sunshine Shake

Fruit Juices in Sunshine Shake

Orange juice and grapefruit juice with banana, low fat vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract for a creamy healthful Sunshine Shake.


1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.

Note: One serving of this beverage has 91mg of vitamin C!
