Oatmeal Ginger Cookies

Oatmeal ginger cookies

Oats and ginger mix together with sweet cinnamon and lots of plump raisins in these healthful Oatmeal Ginger Cookies. Molasses and honey replace refined sugar.


2 bananas
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup wheat flour
2 cups oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ginger
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Lots and lots of raisins


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets.

Bake at 350-degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
