1 20-ounce package frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Set aside a few peach slices for garnish if desired. Place remaining peaches in a blender or food processor; add honey and juices. Cover and process until smooth.
Pour into four freezer-proof dishes. Freeze. Remove from the freezer five minutes before serving.
Garnish with preserved peach slices if desired.
