Dried fruits in Gun-Ho Gorp

Gun-Ho Gorp helps you and your family get the most nutritional advantage from a healthful snack that includes Quaker Toasted Oatmeal Squares.


3-1/2 cups granola
1 cup Quaker Toasted Oatmeal Squares
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped dried fruit (such as apples, bananas, pears, peaches, mangoes, dates)
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1 cup crushed pretzel sticks
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup M & M's
1/4 cup butterscotch chips


Place all ingredients in a zipper-lock bag.

Stir gently or gently shake to combine thoroughly.

Nutrition Information

Recipe makes 9 cups.
