Creamy Strawberry Mold

Everyone is sure to love this Creamy Strawberry Mold! They'll even get a bonus dose of vitamin C in the process!


1-1/2 cup boiling water
1 8-serving size package JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
1-1/2 cup cold water
1 8-ounce tub Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 cup chopped strawberries


Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

Stir in strawberries. Pour into 6-cup jello mold.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

Recipe Note

For easy removal of gelatin salads from mold, moisten the interior of the mold with cold water, rub vegetable oil inside or coat with nonstick cooking spray before filling.
