This cool and Creamy Orange Dessert adds frozen yogurt, mini marshmallows and mandarin orange segments to jello.
1 8-serving sizes package JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cup warm water
1-1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cups vanilla low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup each: Raspberries and halved strawberries
Mix dry gelatin and water in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beat with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in orange juice and oranges. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Fill center with fruit. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
