Everyone loves caramel corn...and this easy Caramel Corn Crunch recipe makes it simple to enjoy anytime and for any occasion!

The brown sugar will give the caramel corn a sweet, darker flavor. This recipe holds the expression, "Keep it simple, silly" true. Three simple ingredients make a simply sweet treat that just about everyone loves to eat!


1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 quarts popped popcorn


Cream butter; add brown sugar and whip until fluffy.

In a large baking pan, combine popcorn. Mix in creamed mixture.

Bake in 350-degree oven for about eight minutes or until crisp. Serve warm if desired.
